( scored a baby duckling & bullfrog for the lodge collection) RESEARCHING + MEETINGS ;@AMUNDSENSPORTS – finally checking their storefront since their camp shoot@PRL.SOHO – check the new vintage-inspired embroider line & antique embroidery patches have my whole damn heart@HACHETTEUS – If you ever get the chance to visit, check the view from their offices windows at the iconic Radio CityREFILLING THE INSPIRATION TANK :@TINBUILDING Chocolate shop. @THEPSPANIARDNYC The hand painted woodland mural in their back room.@BOWNEPRINTERS The letterpress wooden book plates of my dreams. (And The shipping yard museum has a cabinet of curiosities including 2 in whiskey bottles with miniature ships. I die.And : So. Many. Bookstores.THE TRADITION :@RAOULSRESTAURANTNYC- Annual tarot reading for my 53rd lap around the sun (I was told that theres a lot more on the road ahead than what Ive left behind. NEW ADDITION: The Scout PedalerThese bicycle-like watercraft started out as novelties (sportsmen loved to use them on lakes that were motor restricted). In 1967, Michigan auto racer Pete McNichol welded pontoons onto a bicycle frame and the motor-less water bike was born. Next came the tandem benchseat models (sun awning optional). Since the 70s mom & pop lake resorts started offering these colorful rentals for guest recreation and activity programs.P.S. David wants to equip it with an e-bike pedal assist unit for a little less huff-and-puff. Anyone have any tips or tricks for him?
