WE LOVE IT WHEN THIS HAPPENS. (And it’s only once every several years that it does) We just found this humble little postcard on ebay. It’s the Wandawega Supper Club in the main lodge back in 1959. (notice the chair slipcovers?) We found these exact ones in the basement crawlspace. The proprietors had made different ones for all four seasons. // happiest surprise //

THE SMELL OF CEDAR EMBERS & SUMMER COMING TO AN END. // This camp and everything that happens here was built (and sustains on) a community of sharing. Sometimes that’s a beer, a campfire – or the moments in between caught on a lens. // @cerebralbrewing got this one a few nights ago for the #ollyolly2015 event – and we thank them for it.
