Frankie was found in a high kill shelter in Alabama – he was scooped up with a group of other dogs- that got spread out in foster homes across chicago. By the time we found his mugshot on the rescue website, he’d already been in a temp home for 6 mos. (We where the first to answer his adoption ad) We walked in the door, and he came straight over and laid his head on my lap— and that was that. It sounds crazy- but i think we somehow already knew each other. #whywerescue. cbobfoto
